Rules, terms and conditions
League format
- Four-man teams
- Formats include Stroke Play, Texas Scramble, and Team Matchplay (playoffs)
- A different course from around the world is played each week
- Team scores are recorded weekly and combined throughout the season
- Standard tee time booking process applies
- Book online and write “ACE LEAGUE” and your team name in the notes section
- Standard simulator bay rates apply
Weekly contests and scoring
- Longest Drive and Closest to the Pin contests every week
- Longest Drive must finish on the fairway or green to qualify
- Weekly prize awarded for the lowest team score
Photo verification (required)
To ensure accurate and fair scoring:
- A photo must be taken after all players have hit their tee shots on the designated contest holes
- Each team is responsible for either:
- Taking a clear photo with a smartphone, or
- Asking an Ace team member to take the photo at the correct moment and screen
- Photos must be emailed to league@acegolfzone.com
- Include your team name
- Include “Ace League” in the subject line
- A photo of the final scorecard must also be taken and emailed the same way
If these steps are missed, incomplete, or unclear, that week’s contest results will not be eligible. If the scorecard isn’t submitted as above, that week’s results will not be considered valid.
Additional policies
- Standard simulator bay cancellation policies apply
- 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel league play without charge
- Substitute players are allowed during regular season play only
- The top one-third (1/3) of teams qualify for the playoffs
Returning champions: playoff handicaps are set using their most recent playoff scores plus their four strongest rounds from the season.
