How to sign up for the Ace Golf League Fall 2025:

Rules, Terms & Conditions:
- Four-man teams
- Stroke play, Texas Scramble, Team Matchplay (Playoffs)
- A different course from around the world will be played each week!
- Team scores will be recorded each week and combined with scores from the past weeks.
- Standard tee time booking process; book online, typing “ACE LEAGUE” in the notes section. Standard simulator bay rates apply.
- Longest drive + Closest to the Pin contests every week.
- A picture MUST be taken after all players have hit their tee shots on the designated longest-drive and closest-to-the-pin contest holes for the results to be valid. Each team is responsible for either a) taking a photo with a smartphone, or b) requesting an Ace Team Member to take the photo at the right moment on the appropriate screen. The photos must then be emailed to league@acegolfzone.com, including the team's name and "Ace League" in the subject line. If these steps are not fully completed, unclear, or missed, the contest results for that week will not be eligible.
- Longest drive entries must be on the fairway or green to qualify.
- Prize every week for lowest score.
- A picture of the scorecard MUST be taken. Each team is responsible for either a) capturing the image using a smartphone, or b) requesting an Ace Team Member to take the photo at the right moment and on the correct screen. The pictures should then be emailed to league@acegolfzone.com, including the team's name and "Ace League" in the subject line. If these steps are not followed, incomplete, unclear, or missed for any reason, the contest results for that week will not be considered valid
- Standard cancelation policies for simulator bays apply, where teams must provide 24 hours notice in order to cancel any league play without charge.
- Substitute players allowed in regular season play ONLY.
- Top 1/3 of teams make playoffs.
